Imad Anbouba

Imad Anbouba has been the Chief Executive Office of H2O Management Solutions, LLC since 2013. Mr. Anbouba is a Petroleum Engineer with more than 45 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Upstream, Midstream, and Petrochemical Industries.

James Anbouba

James Anbouba has been the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of H2O Management Solutions, LLC since 2020 and previously worked for Energy Transfer in their Gas Business Development Group under both their West Texas and Midcontinent Assets. James graduated from Texas Christian University (TCU) in 2016 with a Geoscience and Energy Management degree. James is a member of the Dallas Wildcat Committee as well as the Dallas Petroleum Club. In addition to managing all aspects of the company’s water handling assets, James also manages the company’s operated gas compression company and oil and gas assets.

Dameon Baker

Dameon Baker has worked at the H2O facility since 2010 when the facility was called the Red Desert Facility. He is extremely knowledgeable of the ins and out of the facility as well as the Water Service and Trucking industry. He runs the day to day management of the facility as well as all regulatory matters.
